Welcome to The Shravan Clinic website. Clinical consultations, evaluations, and therapy services are provided by Dr. Apoorv Shah (M.B.B.S., M.D., D.N.B. Psychiatry, Reg. MP-24632).
1. Medical Consultations & Advice
The information on this website is for general awareness and educational purposes. It does not replace direct professional medical diagnosis or psychiatric treatment. A doctor-patient clinical relationship is established upon formal clinical assessment and consultation.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Consultations are conducted at The Shravan Clinic, Sunshine Medicare, Freeganj, Ujjain from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Patients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to minimize waiting times.
3. Prescriptions & Medication
Prescription medications are dispensed strictly based on clinical diagnosis in accordance with applicable medical council regulations and laws. Please follow dosage instructions carefully and consult Dr. Apoorv Shah before discontinuing or altering any prescribed medication.
4. Medical Emergencies
If you or someone you know is in acute danger or experiencing a medical crisis, please visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately or call local emergency medical services.
